Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns only on new full priced items within 14 days of purchase in store or of delivery date for online orders. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
All sale items are final. No returns or exchanges.
Vintage or pre-loved items are eligible for exchange only within 14 days of purchase or delivery date.

Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To make a return via shipping:
Send us a return request email to sales@marahairandmode.com within 14 days of delivery date with your order number and we will email you a return label. The cost of shipping is taken out of your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 to 14 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Vintage/preloved Items
Vintage/pre-loved items are only eligible for exchanges within 14 days of purchase or delivery date. They are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (if we have it in stock). If you'd like an exchange for a product, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
